Reverend Victoria Lawrence is an ordained minister with over 22 years experience of church leadership/management, 10 years experience of serving as a missionary she is a licensed minister and a council member of Churches in Community International UK.
She is the President of Abigail Outreach Ministry; a ministry dedicated to supporting women who are vulnerable: such as those coming out of prison, those experiencing domestic violence, divorced and those particularly marginalised in the society! She’s South East Advisor for Cinnamon Network, and sit on advisory group for The Wall of Answered prayer as well as Affirming Life Trust amongst many others!
She’s a trained therapeutic counsellor, A trained advocate who is equipped to support families – especially households of faith battling with Faith, Healing and Reality challenges. She offers training in churches on how to make the church a more inclusive environment for people with disabilities including one2one coaching for parents!
Her background is IT and further studied Housing and Urban regeneration. She enjoys studying and learning about theology which has enabled her obtain various qualifications in theology and pastoral leadership, Missional leadership, Women in ministry and Biblical studies for pastors! Her current work involved enabling and engaging with church leaders to participate in community transformation through social action and community engagement. She’s an author, a mentor, a wife, a mother of three young adult Above ALL these she’s simply God’s favourite daughter for she’s known God to be extremely GRACIOUS and full of COMPASSION. She believes everyone has something to give to the world and also that the church is THE solution!

Professor Olusola Benjamin Fasubaa is an obstetrician gynaecologist and professor who is continuously giving his best to contribute to his community in the area of women’s health, training Doctors and residents in obstetrics and gynecology
Professor Olusola Benjamin Fasubaa was born and raised in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. He holds a degree in health sciences from Obafemi Awolowo University. He is a fellow of the West African College of Surgeons in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a particular interest in Reproductive Endocrinology and Reproductive Health, which formed the major thrust of his research publications. Professor Olusola, served as a lecturer, Senior Lecturer (1998), Reader (2001) at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU, one of the best University in Nigeria) and became a Professor in 2004. Professor Olusola has an amiable nature and his commitment to serving people is immeasurable, he was appointed two times Vice Dean of the Faculty of Clinical Sciences 2001/2002, 2002/2003; Head of Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2009-2012 at the fore-mentioned University. He was a Commissioner of Health in Ekiti State, Nigeria between, 2012 and 2014. He has been a resource person in the department of Reproductive Health of the Federal Ministry of health and to many international partners of the ministry. Furthermore, he an active member of the West African College of Surgeons of the West African Postgraduate Medical College and the Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Nigeria, where he also serves as the Editor of the Tropical Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology from 2010 till date Professor Olusola’s researches are in various areas of women’s health, particularly in Reproductive Health are all well referenced by many. His achievements and research works have been useful in promoting and protecting the health of women and managing a lot of conditions in Obstetrics and Gynaecology patients. He goes beyond boundaries setting, an example of successful medical professional, along with being kind and passionate, not only at national level but also serving people on an international level. Professor Olusola’s achievements and passionate research for women related issues is an inspiration for his present position as Chairman of Board of Trustees for Tamar Family Support Unit, a charity in United Kingdom that support plight of Victims/Survivor of Domestic Abuse/Violence. Professor O. B Fasubaa is an example for every aspect of life; Professional, Social, and Personal. He is happily married with four children.

Yewande Ajayi

Yewande Ajayi is a Life and Career Coach, an Entrepreneur and an Advocate for Victims/Survivors of Domestic Abuse/Violence. She supports individuals to explore the possibilities that come with motivation and hard work; encouraging them to become a better versions of themselves through her guidanceher guidance.
Yewande is the Founder of Tamar Family Support Unit and currently works as the Principal Management Coordinator of the Charity.
She is a firm believer of the fact that anything is possible through motivation and self-development. She gained her first degree in 2003, in Marketing. She has since continued to further her education and has gained degrees in Education (2005), Masters in Education Management (2007), Early Years Professional Status (2012) Postgraduate Degree in Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) and Independent Sexual Violence Advocate (ISVA), and MSc in Career Coaching in 2018.
She has also consistently put her education to good use. She has 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and has also work as a childcare provider for past 15 years. Other experiences include her experiences in Advocacy as an IDVA and ISVA for 10 years, her experiences in event management for 10 years, management for 5 years, and in the real estate for 17 years, endears her to individuals within her spheres of influence.
Working in these fields has allowed her to amass experiences that she holds dear to her. As a childcare provider and an advocate, she has been able to stand up for people that were in dire need and was able to help them. She also stands for victims and tries to help them in whatever ways she can. That was one of the reasons that she decided to start Tamar Family Support Unit.
Other than work and education, she also likes to engage in certain hobbies. These include travelling, singing, music, socialising, volunteering, networking and reading.
Throughout her life, she has gained vast experience and continues to learn. She uses her learning for the greater benefit of society. She is an inspiration to people and show them that anything is possible through hard work, tenacity, perseverance and determination.
She believes that ensuring the general wellbeing of individuals and families’ within the community can help improve society. This is why she has extensively engaged in it herself and played her part in society’s betterment. She is playing her role through advocacy and through the Tamar Family Support Unit. Ronke Adeyemi

Ronke Adeyemi is an entrepreneur, a counsellor, psychotherapist and personal consultant. She is a registered member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). She holds a BA in Psychosocial-Studies and Postgraduate Diploma / Masters in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of East London, Certificate in Mindfulness Self compassion, Certificate in Couple Counselling and CPDs on working with Children, Adolescent and Young People. She runs a private practice supporting individual through emotional and psychological issues. Also, helping individual to identify any negative behavioural patterns that could restrain their true potential.
Concurrently, Ronke is a registered childcare practitioner (OFSTED), providing after school support for children age 3 to 14 year at domestic and non-domestic setting, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children in her care. She provides high quality of care for children in a safe, friendly and caring environment. She supports them to develop their social, recreational, and personal skill under the management of trained and experience staffs, giving parents peace of mind to function in their respective daily roles.
In addition, she has sixteen years working experience with Adult with learning disability and Mental Health issues within Health and Social Care. As a social care manager, she supports individual to live an independent life within the community, in line with their care package.
Furthermore, she, is the founder of a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) in Africa ‘My Future Matters Now Initiatives’ (MFMN), an organisation supporting and empowering young people to be self-reliance. Providing the platform for them to become a future entrepreneur and be productive for self and their community.
Ronke, is a Trustee of Tamar Family Support Unit, managing the charity volunteering counsellors and psychotherapist. She is also, the in house counsellor and psychotherapist on the charity’s virtual talk show known as ‘Time2Talk’, educating the populace to elevate the plights of victims/survivals of Domestic Abuse/Violence on social media platform.

Ambassador Julie Dzontoh

Julie Dzontoh is a Registered Social Work Practice Manager with 10 years practice experience working with various Local Authorities in London. She has a degree in Social Work with a post graduate qualification in Practice Education and a Higher National Diploma in Financial Accounting.
She works within the children’s directorate which has afforded her immense opportunities of working with vulnerable children, subject to protection plan, court orders and family support in various capacity. This includes working with families who have experienced Domestic Abuse/Violence, substance misuse and mental health. As a practice manager she has first-hand experience working with families going through crisis due to Domestic Abuse/Violence, she provides advice, guidance and support to ensure the wellbeing, safety, functionality and economic wellbeing of individuals and families in her care.
Furthermore, Julie manages a team of social work practitioners, supporting them in their direct work with children and their families as well as maintain their own wellbeing, which is key to productivity and the functioning of organisations. Julie in the course of her career has professionally trained in various aspect of support which includes: Working with Parental Mental Health and Substance Misuse, Signs of Safety Practice Model: Strength-based approach to Child Protection, Child Development, Contextual Safeguarding, Safeguarding Children in the context of parental violence, Motivational Interview and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
She has a particular strength in listening, a useful counselling skills with a passion to nurture, support and help bring the best out in people.
Julie is an ambassador of Tamar Family Support Unit, Lead Safeguarding Officer, Empowerment Initiatives Lead and anchors the Charity’s Victim/Survivor virtual support platform.
Above all, Julie is a born again Christian, a mother, an ordained Minister of God, a Praise/Worship Minstrel and a deputy coordinator of church activities/events.
